Client onboarding gifts are a wonderful way to say thank you and to show a bit more of your brand. For ongoing projects like this one, we make the process easy and seamless by keeping all the gift components in our studio, ready to go at a moment’s notice. When our client initially approached us, she wanted her clients’ gifts to feel personal while also representing her brand's identity, but she wasn’t sure which items to choose and how to make them work together cohesively. The challenge for us was to get to know our client and her brand enough to represent her perfectly to her own new clients, which meant we needed to start with some research!
Our client’s website was incredibly helpful to us throughout the process, as it offered personal details from her favorite things to family memories. We discovered her go-to scented candle and her love for her grandmother's cookie recipe, which were both winning finds as we started designing gifts that would capture the spirit of our client and her brand.
