To commemorate their employees’ milestone employment anniversaries, St. Luke's Hospital tasked us with creating a box worthy of celebration! St. Luke's wanted a box that made a big impact, and it was important to them that employees felt personally appreciated upon receiving their gift, so each box contained custom items and a commemorative paperweight with everyone's years of service. Since the virtual gala included a magic show, every box incorporated a dollar bill and a quarter in a coin envelope.
With 800 recipients divided into over 20 categories, this project demanded extensive logistical forethought. To cope with this challenge, our pre-assembly preparation and organization were paramount; we separated our assembly areas by categories with detailed signs and painter's tape to visually divide the space, turning this huge project into 20 smaller ones—much easier to manage and, overall, a recipe for success!
