Case Study: Terfloth Summer Giving

GOAL: Design the ideal summer gift. Terfloth is all about employee appreciation and it showed immediately in their first connection with LUX BOX. They love to include a branded item, but the main focus is on crowd-pleasing snacks and functionality.

CHALLENGES: Wooden boxes are one of our favorite vessels. They are handmade in Maine and fully custom, but they do require more care and effort during assembly. Fragile items, in particular, can be challenging to safely include. We took extra precaution with the glass candle and jar of candy. They are carefully nested away from each other or any sharp edges, ensuring that all items arrive safely at their destination.

SUCCESS: The tumbler and beach towel are great, seasonal anchors for this gift. Both are beautiful, yet practical items that will be used again and again. The custom wooden box also makes for an excellent keepsake. But the snacks are the real star here, and this box has a little of everything. Sweet gummy bears, salty caramel chews, and buttery candied pecans (a LB staff favorite). This combination of tasty bites and useful items makes for a well-rounded employee gift. And for an extra special touch, the CEO writes all the notes and adds a gift card!
